I love working on amazing projects and investing in great people. Everything, I do is meant to better the world around me. I believe in furthering Gods Kingdom, expanding creativity, and enhancing the human experience.

I currently own F4media.com, and I help build and market amazing businesses. I work with profits and non-profits a like. I build development/marketing plans then put them into practice.

I own the Missouri Shirt Company, a screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing company. We supply decorated marketing goods to businesses across the nation. 

I hold a Bachelors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Columbia Southern.

I hold my Masters in Nursing from St Louis University. I spent many years in emergency rooms and have been managing units in the St Louis University Level 1 Trauma Center. 

I spent 5 years working with Joyce Meyer Ministries. This was an amazing time working and traveling with dedicated people and ministries.

I spent another 5 years working in the profit industry as VP of Marketing for two well known banking and insurance companies.

I spent 5 years building CrossFit 70 in the St Louis area. During this time I was able to build community as well as learn to build the human body with strength, nutrition, and counseling. This was one of my proudest achievements as the gym was sold to the members and continues to thrive today.

I have had the privilege of working with some of the worlds top Internet Marketing Brands. I have been blessed to see my work featured in hundreds of publications around the world.

I am currently working on two products to be released soon based on my own research in human development as well as ultra small farming practice.

I am blessed with an amazing wife and three beautiful children. We live in work in a small town south of St Louis called Farmington.

I believe in playing throughout life. I believe that memories are worth more than money. I am not afraid to fail and I am not afraid to risk it all. I have been blessed with a lot of wins in life but many many failures as well. Feel free to follow me through them all!
